International youth football tournament Kempten Germany, Cambodunum Cup.

A better location for an international youth football tournament then Kempten in Germany isn’t easy to find. Kempten is the oldest city in Germany and was called Cambodunum in Roman times. Located on the foot of the Alps, this is the ideal location for an international football tournament. The opening ceremony on Friday is a parade from the historical city centre to the Iller Stadium, which can easily hold 11,000 people. On Saturday, there’s a party in the Big Box, one of the biggest party accommodations in Germany. Because of the international atmosphere and historical entourage, this international youth football tournament in Kempten in Germany suits everyone.

Organiser: F.C. Kempten e.V - SV Lenzfried - TSV Kottern - SV Heiligkreuz - SV '29 Kempten

Facilities
The Cambodunum Cup is played on the pitches of the four organising clubs, which all have excellent accommodation. Most of the locations are on the edge of the city, but never further away than two and a half kilometres from the town centre. The four clubs have eight pitches, of which one is covered with artificial grass. The obvious central point of the tournament is, of course, the Iller stadium that can accommodate about eight thousand spectators. This stadium is located along the Iller River from where it gets its name. It is where the finals are played.
