Blackpool, situated in north west England, is one of the most popular seaside holiday town in Great Britain, offering numerous attractions for children of all ages. These attractions vary from bumper cars and games machines to one of the highest and fastest roller coasters in the world! The weekend programme begins on Friday evening at 20:00 hrs at Britain's largest and most famous amusement park: Pleasure Beach. The youngsters can enjoy the attractions here or discover Blackpool itself whilst all teamleaders are asked to attend the opening reception of in the Horseshoe at the Pleasure Beach. The Mayor of Blackpool will welcome all the teams after which a separate important information meeting for the teamleaders will take place. The competition starts on Saturday morning and Sunday when not playing football, participants have plenty of time to discover the many attractions Blackpool has to offer, especially for youngsters. A visit to the Pleasure Beach is then a must. The very youngest will receive their medals during their own presentation on Sunday afternoon. The Challenge Cup will be finalized on Sunday afternoon after which the category winners will receive their trophy. The Blackpool Cup tournament concludes on Monday with the finals being played one after the other on the enclosed pitch of Blackpool Mechanics. The prizes will be presented after each final.

As well as participation at the tournament, Euro-Sportring also arranges the accommodation for the participants. Participants can usually choose between school accommodation, group accommodation (youth accommodation and bungalows) and hotels. Pleasure Beach on the Ocean Boulevard in Blackpool: a gigantic amusement park with 145 attractions, including the largest and fastest roller coasters in the world, live entertainment, lots of restaurants, cafes, and theme shops. Open from March to November: opening times vary from week to week.

Blackpool Waterworld. Blackpool's fantastic tropical indoor seaside. This giant watery playground complete with palm trees and exotic plants has something to suit all ages. Manchester. Old Trafford: a fabulous stadium with outstanding facilities, home ground of Manchester United (about 52 miles south west of Blackpool). There are daily tours except on match days.
