Which information will I get before going to the tournament?
After booking a tournament you will receive a bookings confirmation. In this confirmation, we describe what you have booked with a financial overview. With the confirmation you will receive a tour planning guide. The planning guide will give you the support you need, so that important items are not missed. Ten weeks before the tournament you will receive a reconfirmation with a overview what you have booked with a financial overview. You will also receive a flyer with a checklist, which will give you some practical tips for the trip. Two weeks before the tournament you will receive the travel information, it tells you all the final information that you need to travel.
If there are any problems, is there someone at the tournament who speaks my own language who can help me?
On arrival, you are personally informed by the local Euro-Sportring staff regarding the programme, the routes to the pitches, the receptions, parties, excursions etc. Additionally, the Euro-Sportring staff is available during your stay in case you have any questions. This contact person will speak at least English, but often they will speak several other languages. You will receive the contact details of the Euro-Sportring staff with the travel information, two weeks before the tournament.
Is it necessary that I take pennants to the tournament?
A great deal of work and effort has been made by the host club to ensure that your team enjoys a good tournament. It would be nice to show your appreciation of all the work done on your behalf by presenting the host club with a souvenir from your club.
How many games are we going to play?
The number of matches that you will play, depends on the tournament. Each tournament has its own ‘profile’. Some tournaments offer a full day at the sports park with many activities and lots of matches. Other tournaments specifically offer less matches and activities in order to offer participants the opportunity to explore the attractions in the environment. When do I get my travel information?
You will receive detailed travel information approximately two weeks before departure. Please be aware that your final travel information will only be sent after receipt of the total sum due to Euro-Sportring. In the travel information you will get information about arrival times, the address of the arrival point and the address of the accommodation, along with a travel attachment containing some practical advice.

The provisionally match schedule will be published at least 1 week before the tournament on the tournament website. The final match schedule will be presented upon arrival.
Are there any cancellation costs after booking?
Up to 6 weeks prior to departure: EUR 12,00 per person with a maximum of EUR 225,00 per group. - Between 6 weeks and 1 week prior to departure 40% of the total amount due. - Within 1 week prior to departure 100% of the total amount due. In case of including Euro-Sportring transport, the travel costs may be adjusted for the other participants if the number of participants falls.
